This comprehensive test chamber is designed for IPX1, IPX2, IPX3, and IPX4 waterproof grade testing. It features three pendulum tube specifications (R200, R400, R600) to accommodate various sample sizes including Bluetooth speakers, sports headsets, outdoor electric boxes, and car accessories.
The IPX1/2 Drip test is streamlined with an automatic pendulum tube adjustment system that swings to horizontal position when activated, eliminating the need for manual tube removal.
Key Usage Notes
- For IPX2 dripping tests, adjust the turntable to a 15° tilt before placing samples
- When switching from IPX4 to IPX3 rain tests, replace the blue nozzles on the pendulum tube with plugs
- Regularly replace the filter element every 7-15 days to maintain water purity
