IPX5-7 280L Rain Test Machine for Testing Product Waterproof Performance
Product characteristics:
1, This machine is suitable for IPX5, IPX6,IPX7 waterproof test.
2, The fuselage is made of 304 stainless steel to ensure that it will not rust for the long-term test.
3, The size of the water storage tank is: 500-400-1400mm(compatible with IPX7 test chamber).
4, The highest water level of IPX7 is 1.2 meters; there is a lifting device on the top of the immersion tank, which is convenient for taking and placing samples.
5, Use flowmeter to adjust flow rate to meet standard requirements: 12.5L/min±5%(IPX5)；100L/min±5%(IPX6).
6, The speed of the turntable is adjustable, and the adjustment range is 1-5R/min.
7, The turntable is equipped with a sample power socket, which can provide an electrified test environment for the sample.
8, The bottom is installed with brake casters which is convenient for users to move and fix.
9, The equipment is equipped with a special spray gun holder to reduce the pressure of hand-held operation and make the test more convenient.
10, The observation window is made of 12mm tempered glass (W200mm×H1100mm), which can clearly observe the test situation of the sample.
Usage:
This apparatus primarily serves to assess the waterproof capability of lamp casings, household appliances, electronic devices, and more, through simulating environmental conditions like water spraying, intense spray, and submersion. Following the test, an evaluation is conducted to ascertain if the product casing's waterproof rating meets standards, aiding enterprises in refining their product designs and factory quality control.

Installation and use conditions:
1, Site of installation : Recommended installation position dimensions≥W3500×D2500×H2500mm；
2, Power supply: 380V / 50HZ (This is negotiable and adapted to customer conditions),and the length of the power cable is 2.5 m;
3, Water source requirement : The supplier delivers 6 meters water pipe (specification DN15), and the user needs to ensure that the water source is within this range (if it needs to be extended, please explain in advance);
4, Drainage requirement:Users should make drainage channels in the site in advance.
