The main product features:
The high and low temperature test chamber is a testing device used to simulate the working conditions of products in extreme temperature environments. It can precisely control the temperature inside the chamber, performing cyclic or constant tests from low to high temperatures to evaluate the product's weather resistance, stability, and material adaptability.
- Air supply characteristics: air supply from the upper part and return air from the lower part to ensure stable uniformity.
- Refrigeration mode: Air-cooled mode is adopted to automatically switch the flow rate of the refrigeration system according to different working conditions, and the constant section cuts off redundant systems to maintain energy-saving operation and cooling control.
- The combination of multi-stage evaporators can obtain more uniform and efficient cooling exchange efficiency and cooling output.
- Heating tube: bare wire nickel-chromium alloy electric heating tube.
- Humidification system: All stainless steel embedded humidification tubes are used, the insulation resistance is greater than 50MΩ, and it has an anti-dry explosion-proof protector.
- Test hole: A standard test hole, located at the left side of the work room which is convenient for users to connect external power supply.
- Window: The door frame is equipped with electric heating function, which can prevent frosting and condensation, and is convenient for users to observe and test.
- Insulation layer: rigid polyurethane foam + ultra-fine environmentally friendly glass fiber cotton to ensure temperature stability.
- Control method: 7-inch touch screen (resolution 800*480) setting, easy to operate and supports switching between Chinese and English.
- Software function: It can store temperature and humidity data and export it in XLS form.
- Protection functions: overheat protection, overpressure protection, overtemperature protection, leakage protection, short circuit protection, water shortage alarm.
