The operation steps of the immersion tester are as follows:
1. Put all the enterprise products in a special hanging basket and lock the interface of the hanging basket with bolts.
2. Connect the hanging rope of the hanging basket to the hook of the mechanical arm and manually raise the cable.
3. Raise the hanging basket to a position higher than the immersion tester, operate the lateral movement device of the mechanical arm, and move the hanging chain to the upper position of the inner box of the immersion tester.
4. Sink the hanging basket into the water through the lifting system and soak it for 30 minutes.
5. After the test, raise the hanging basket to a position where the inner box is higher than the immersion tester.
6. Use the lateral movement device of the manipulator arm to pull it out to the top of the sample, manually lower it to the ground, and take out the test sample.
