1. Connect the water source, power supply, and air source of the drip test box. After turning on the machine, it is found that it does not start. Check whether the water source is turned on and whether the power switch is turned on.
2. Under normal circumstances, the drip test box will adjust the flow meter to the minimum value before leaving the factory, so please adjust the flow meter to turn it on before testing.
3. Check the filter of the drip test box. The blackening of the filter element will cause the water channel to be blocked and unable to start. Please replace the new filter element within about 3 months.
4. An infrared sensor is installed next to the dripping plate of the dripping test box. In order to prevent the dripping plate from touching the human body or objects, check whether there is any foreign object blocking the sensor.
5. There are rust, dirt, and impurities in the dripping plate of the dripping test box, resulting in no water dripping. Please turn on the exhaust switch on the control system and use air pressure to discharge the dirt in the dripping plate, and replace the deformed needle at the same time.
6. The control system of the dripping test box and the lifting system of the dripping plate are connected through waterproof connecting wires. If it is found that it does not start, please check whether the connecting wires are connected in accordance with the regulations in time.
7. The dripping test box cannot be started because the dripping plate is raised or lowered by rotating the lifting rod. Please check whether there is any foreign object stuck in the lifting rod and clean it in time.
