The rain test machine is a tool used to test the waterproof performance of equipment. It can simulate various underwater environments, including depth, pressure and temperature and other factors, to evaluate the sealing performance of equipment under different underwater conditions. And it is widely used in spray test of various accessories such as lamps, connectors, energy storage cabinets, charging piles, unmanned vehicles, unmanned airplanes, robots and automobiles.

 

Rain test machine is divided into IPX1 to IPX9K a total of nine kinds, this article will introduce about IPX56 rain test machine operation steps and daily maintenance methods are as follows:

 

(1)The operating steps:

1. Check whether the equipment power supply and water connection is correct to ensure safety.

2. Fill the water tank of the equipment with water to ensure that the water supply is sufficient.

3. Fix the product to be tested in the center of the rotary table, for electrified test samples, connect the wires in advance.

4. Through the control interface to set the water spray flow rate, water pressure and other test parameters, according to IPX6 standards to adjust the flow meter to 100L/min.

5. Start the test, select the corresponding IPX level and start the test.

6. After the test is completed, the equipment will automatically stop, for electrified test samples, cut off the power supply before removing.

 

(2)Routine maintenance:

1. Regularly check the working status of the equipment, find abnormalities immediately stop using and contact maintenance.

2. Clean the inside and outside of the equipment after testing to prevent impurities from causing failure.

3. Clean the water tank regularly, and drain the water when not in use to prevent odor.

4. Check the control system, transmission parts and electrical connections, repair or replace damaged parts in time.

5. Keep the equipment in a ventilated and dry environment to avoid humidity affecting performance.

6. Perform calibration at least once a year according to the date of the calibration certificate to ensure test accuracy.
