1. Reason: After the rain test machine has been used for a period of time, it has not been adjusted and corrected in time due to excessive frequency of use or collision during use, resulting in deviation in the position of the swing tube and failure to reach the zero position.

2. Solution:

• Check whether the positions of the main cabinet and the auxiliary cabinet are at the same horizontal position. If not, please adjust them in time.
• Check whether the spacing between the main cabinet and the auxiliary cabinet causes the deformation of the swing tube. If deformation is found, adjust the spacing in time.
• Check whether the casters of the main cabinet and the auxiliary cabinet are fixed. To fix them, please lock the four casters in time.
• Check the error value between the swing tube and the zero angle, open the main cabinet, manually adjust the stepper motor induction electromagnetic sheet, and fine-tune the angle until the swing tube is perpendicular to the sample turntable and overlaps with the zero position.
• Repeatedly test whether the swing tube can return to zero after swinging up and down. If it is not zero, continue to debug according to the previous step until the swing tube returns to zero.
