Detailed description of waterproof test box

The waterproof test box is designed and developed according to the industry standard, national standard and international standard. It is an instrument for testing the waterproof performance of the product shell. According to the provisions of the "GB4208-2017 Shell Protection Level IP Code", the waterproof level can be divided into nine levels.

Then Yuexin divides the waterproof test box into six series based on the various standards applicable to the waterproof test box and the relevant conditions used by customers, combined with years of industry experience.

1. IPX12 drip-proof series, the waterproof test box of this series can be divided into box type, column type and wall-mounted type. The drip plate simulates raindrops and performs drip-proof test on the surface of the product shell.

2. IPX34 rain-proof series, the waterproof test box of this series can be divided into handheld, box type and open type. The product shell is tested for 120° and 360° rain through the swing pipe.

3. IPX56 anti-spray series, the waterproof test chambers in this series can be divided into open, manual, and swing types, and the products are tested for strong water spray through IPX5 and IPX6 spray guns.

4. IPX7 splash-proof series, the waterproof test chambers in this series can be divided into tempered glass type, stainless steel type, and automatic lifting type, and the anti-immersion test is achieved by immersing the product.

5. IPX8 anti-diving series, the waterproof test chambers in this series can be divided into manual type, automatic type, water pressure type, air pressure type, air pressure leak detection type, and ocean depth type, and the product shell is tested for waterproofness by simulating the marine environment through continuous immersion.

6. IPX9K anti-high temperature and high pressure spray series, the waterproof test chambers in this series can be divided into box type and open type, and the product shell is sprayed with water with an impact force of 0.9-1.2N and a temperature of about 80 degrees through nozzles at 0°, 30°, 60°, and 90°.
